Ingredients
  

  • 1 large carrot cut into sticks
  • 1 large cucumber cut into sticks
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into sticks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cut into sticks
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes left whole or halved
  • 1 cup hummus store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika for garnish
  • 0.5 tsp red chili flakes optional, for extra heat
  • 1 tbsp olive oil to drizzle on hummus

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare all the vegetables. Cut the carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper into thin sticks.
  • Arrange the vegetable sticks and cherry tomatoes on a serving platter.
  • In a small bowl, place the hummus, drizzle olive oil on top, and sprinkle with smoked paprika and red chili flakes.
  • Serve the platter with the spicy hummus as a dip for the vegetables.

Notes

Feel free to add other veggies like snap peas, celery, or zucchini sticks for variety. You can also adjust the level of spice by increasing or reducing the chili flakes and paprika.
