Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices bread your choice of white, wheat, or sourdough; toasted
  • 4 slices roasted turkey thinly sliced
  • 4 slices cooked bacon crispy
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese or pepper jack for extra spice
  • 2 tbsp spicy mayonnaise store-bought or homemade
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce washed and dried
  • 2 slices tomato thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeño thinly sliced for extra heat (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
  • Spread one tablespoon of spicy mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
  • Layer the bottom slice of bread with romaine lettuce, followed by the roasted turkey slices.
  • Place the cheddar cheese slices on top of the turkey, followed by the crispy bacon.
  • Add the sliced tomato and avocado on top of the bacon. If using jalapeño, layer the slices evenly for additional spice.
  • Finish the sandwich by placing the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down, on top of the ingredients.
  • Slice the sandwich diagonally for easy serving and enjoy!

Notes

For a milder version, skip the jalapeños or use regular mayonnaise instead of spicy mayonnaise. Pair with a side of chips or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
