Greek yogurt
plain

Roma tomato

kalamata olives

feta cheese

Instructions
Spread the hummus evenly in the base of a serving dish or shallow bowl.
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with lemon juice until smooth, then spread it over the hummus layer.
Layer the diced cucumber evenly over the yogurt layer.
Scatter the diced tomato on top of the cucumber layer.
Add the finely chopped red onion and sliced kalamata olives as the next layers.
Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and fresh chopped parsley over the top.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle paprika for garnish, if desired.
Serve immediately with pita chips, fresh vegetables, or flatbread for dipping.
Notes
You can customize this recipe by adding other toppings such as roasted red peppers, pine nuts, or a drizzle of hot sauce.
