Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups hummus store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1 Roma tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp parsley fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil optional, for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp paprika sweet or smoked

Instructions
 

  • Spread the hummus evenly in the base of a serving dish or shallow bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with lemon juice until smooth, then spread it over the hummus layer.
  • Layer the diced cucumber evenly over the yogurt layer.
  • Scatter the diced tomato on top of the cucumber layer.
  • Add the finely chopped red onion and sliced kalamata olives as the next layers.
  • Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and fresh chopped parsley over the top.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle paprika for garnish, if desired.
  • Serve immediately with pita chips, fresh vegetables, or flatbread for dipping.

Notes

You can customize this recipe by adding other toppings such as roasted red peppers, pine nuts, or a drizzle of hot sauce.
