Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp ground coffee or instant coffee powder
  • 1 tsp Cordyceps mushroom powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional, for creaminess
  • 1 tsp honey or sweetener of choice optional, to taste
  • 1 tbsp milk or non-dairy milk optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil 1 cup of water in a kettle or saucepan.
  • Brew your coffee using a coffee maker, French press, or mix instant coffee powder into the hot water.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of Cordyceps mushroom powder to the brewed coffee and stir well.
  • For a creamier texture, stir in coconut oil and whisk until frothy.
  • Sweeten the coffee to taste with honey or a sweetener of your choice, if desired.
  • Add milk or non-dairy milk for a richer flavor, and serve hot.

Notes

Cordyceps powder is a natural adaptogen that may help with energy and focus. Adjust sweetness and creaminess to your preference.
